Audubon

We had a great, rainy morning in the woods this Sunday. We drove out to the home of James Audubon, who was a naturalist best known for his paintings of birds. The property rests along the Perkiomen Creek. It was so lovely! The best part was finding leaves along the creeks edge that were just covered with frog eggs. So cool. We stomped in the streams and got nice and wet in out crocs.

We finished up with a picnic lunch in the pavilion. We’ll definitely go back again.
